Recent purchase and what to look foward to!

Welcome to The Retro Buzz!  To start the blog off let me share with you my recent purchase.  I bought 16 Nintendo 64 games from a guy named Chris Leach from Racketboy for only $35 shipped! Not a bad deal at all.  But the question is "Are they worth having in your collection?"  I will go through these and review each one to let you know if the price of admission is worth it to add to your collection.

Next up is the boomerang 64.  I bought this off ebay and it arrived around the same time that the 64 games arrived.  Expect a review coming soon.

Being a novice at beer I have yet to find one to call mine.  I have those that I like but I am not ready to settle for one particular beer.  And to be honest I hope I don't ever find one that I can call mine, the journey is too much fun.  The first few reviews will be coming from a local brewery know as RJ Rocker.

Keep checking back! Happy gaming and drinking!

  1. Raztat, if you're ever in Richmond, Va I've got 2 beer places for you to check out. Strange Matter is a pretty rough looking bar but they have a retro inspired theme. They try to get chip tune and video game related bands to play, have a dozen or so arcade games in the back and an N64 on the end of the bar. Their beer selection is cool too for a small place. There's PBR for $1 on tap and that's their only main stream beer. Their other beers are all micro brews.
Capitol Ale House is a little more upscale. They have 4 locations in VA and their bars usually have 50 to 75 beers on tap... Its heaven for beer lovers.
If you're ever in Richmond and need a drinking partner, hit me up.
